Friends of the Choir

The Choir loves to share its music with others. Our desire to do this of course requires support.  Our total outgoings are increasing year by year.  Funding is found through members' own contributions, fund raising initiatives and donations from 'Friends of the Choir'. We rely on the support of Kent Police who grant us facilities for weekly rehearsals.

Our aims are to assist charities and good causes in raising funds and since 1978, we have helped raise more than four hundred thousand pounds. To achieve this we have made more than 500 concert appearances, mostly in Kent.  Please consider becoming a 'Friend of the Choir'. All we ask is that you contribute to our efforts by considering a donation of just twenty five pounds per year. For a contribution of twenty five pounds we will also send you a copy of our latest album, 'A Moment in Time'.

There are other benefits from becoming a 'Friend'; a personal quarterly newsletter, regular updates of choir activities, the opportunity to join us at rehearsals, an invitation to choir social activities and advance discounted tickets for our concerts.

Our 'Friends of the Choir' representative is Sally Biggs email friends@kpmvc.co.uk  We look forward to welcoming you as a 'Friend of the Choir'.

GDPR

In May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force. It affects any organisation, large or small, that collects data relating to its members and activities and uses that data for various purposes.  Although the Kent Police Male Voice Choir is a small non-corporate body we still have to comply with these GDPR requirements. Details of what is required are outlined on the Data Privacy Notice which you can open by clicking here.
